Looking Back:

 Since 1956 Penn-Plax has been a staple in the aquarium hobby. Having held original patents on industry standard products such as multi-stage replacement cartridges and fish nets, we have great pride in our history of being pioneers in this industry. This legacy was developed over the course of many decades while we sought out ways to make aquarium keeping easier and more enjoyable. We have always considered making products that help keep your aquarium happy and healthy as our main priority, and with further defining our Cascade brand we seek

to achieve this goal greater than ever before.

With countless decades of combined experience in keeping aquariums and creating innovative products to help further the hobby, Penn-Plax has laid a foundation for Cascade not easily found in the industry today. It’s a challenge to find another company so involved in the aquatic industry as long as Penn-Plax. We understand what makes aquarium keeping so fulfilling, as well as the challenges hobbyists face both short and long term. That is why we are taking the step to further develop Cascade to be your go to brand on every step of your aquarium keeping journey.
